Gymnasts try to
get college scholarships in a number of ways.
Most film
video of themselves and put it together on either a VHS tape or DVD disc and
send it to every recruiter that they are considering.

This is the OLD way of recruiting.

Disadvantages of the old way:
- Video editing requires
software that will cost additional money.
- It takes time and
materials to create multiple copies of your material.
- Postage costs can add up
as you send your tapes to many recruiters.
- Once the tape is made
and copied, it cannot be updated.
- Most recruiters have
piles of tapes that they will never get a chance to look at.
- Many recruiters are
looking for a gymnast who is specialized in one particular event but don’t
have the time to go through endless tapes to find what they are looking
for.

How does GCR solve
these issues?

6 Step Process

Set up Account
|
|
Enter user information and set up account information. This will include setting up a paypal account if you do not already have one.

Update Biographical information
|
|
After initial account information is set up you can begin to edit your content. The biographical information will be the first section to set up. This will include all of the pertinent information about you including your picture.

Update Accomplishments and References
|
|
You can now update your accomplishments and reference information. You can always go back and add or delete accomplishments from this section.

Manage Photographs
|
|
You can now move on to manage your pictures. Upload your pictures to this section. With the Basic Package you get 15 pictures, with the Complete Package you get 50.

Manage Video (Complete Package Only)
|
|
Upload your video and place it in one of the four categories; beam, vault, floor, and bars. Here you can add new video and remove old ones up to 100 MB.
We recommend using the .wmv format as the file sizes will be smaller.

Send out your link
|
|
You can now send out the link to your website via email to as many recruiters as you like, and as often as you like.
